Bertucci's West Roxbury

Food is consistently good, with gluten free options. However, service was extrememly slow at our last visit. We were eating light and quickly en route to a weekend getaway, so ordered just antipasto and salad, which was not served for minutes! I could see the two plates on the countr by the kitchen, but our server was mainly in the outdoor part of the restaurant, and we could not get her attention. Hopefully this was an outlier of staffing or a particular employee.

The service was amazing. My two boys and their best friend all ages were dining with my mom and myself. The waiter was amazing. Speaking to them and making them feel special and Making them Laugh. Thank you!!!

The service was exceptional! The hostess was so nice. Then our waitress was just amazing. She was training another server and both did such a good job. The food was excellent and all was so pleasant.

Our host Ronni and server Sarah was awesome. I think the green peppers were too large in the sausage pasta. Should have been thinner strips to make it more palatable. It wasn’t plated well. Réservez une table maintenant

I am a big fan of Bertucci’s, made a reservation for on Mother’s Day, everything was great, but I ordered Chicken Piccata and got Chicken parm.

have eaten here many times always fresh and delicious. restaurant is great and so are servers. best meat sauce around.

Liz, our waitress was great! The pizza and the lasagna were delicious. We're definitely going back regularly!
