The elderly gentleman who works here made the experience so uncomfortable and unwelcoming. He was rude and condescending. He has pepper colored hair. I couldn’t catch his name but you can’t miss the rude attitude. This was around 2:30pm on 12/18/23. I rarely leave reviews, specially negative ones. However, be ware that the low ratings is 100% warranted. The staff was unbelievably rude. I asked a server if I could ask him a quick question and he said no and walked away. After getting looks from other patrons he came back and rudely told me to ask him the question. I am so so so disappointed by this food establishment. Their pizza looks amazing but I paid for my meal and I threw it out (now I wish I had said something earlier) the customer service was friendly BUT they handle your food and touch the pizza without gloves and they handle currency and touch their phones and face and hair and immediately touch your food.That is literally how you get E. coli. And other illnesses I was so sad. The food place right across was religiously putting on and taking off gloves while handling people’s food and that’s how I knew I wasn’t wrong about feeling this way. Not worth it.

I ordered four boxes of pizza for a total of $136, and what we received was nothing short of disgraceful. The manager failed to acknowledge my concerns or attempt to rectify the situation, choosing to ignore me completely as if I didn't matter at all. This was incredibly upsetting.
The pizza was burnt, barely had any cheese, and was served cold. It was an overall awful experience. No one should have to endure such poor service, especially on a day as special as my little girl's birthday!
The staff member wearing glasses has a rather unpleasant attitude. It seems like he could benefit from lightening up a bit. Additionally, I noticed he wasn't wearing gloves and handled the food with his bare hands while serving it to customers. If he's unhappy with his job, perhaps he should consider finding a different one, as he doesn't seem to enjoy his work.
I don’t know why this place have so many bad reviews but the pizza was so out of this world I usually don’t like pizza anywhere beside Brooklyn but darn, this place had good pizza plus the service was good the guy at counter and the other guy who made it both were super friendly. I highly recommended this pizza place.
Service is awful, the Guy that take our orden was so rude and yell everybody in the line.
