4/30/2009 Biaggi 's Carryout experience when I came at 18:05 and none of the two bartenders would give me my implementing order. There were two customers in front of me, but I called in my order and it sat on the bar. After waiting for 10 minutes when I looked at my order, it was cold, and after my request for help was ignored, one of the bartenders finally gave me my order. Unfortunately, then the heat from the food in the paper shopping bag had swirled the seams of the bag. When I entered my vehicle, the bag and red sauce broke over my clothes and car seats. Food was fat and covered with sauce. Fish was not a fresh tasting. That's probably why the sauce was heavy. Our waiter went up and forever about his diet and how much weight he lost as if we went out to meet him and hear his life story. When I noticed that I was tired of hearing about his diet, he made a point to shake my husband's hand and tell him It was really great to talk to you, man like we came to the restaurant to meet him. AWFUL, I have never experienced this devastating service.

Visit family members in Illinois and was suggested by a family member who often eats in Biaggi that we meet there for lunch. There were 7 of us and everyone enjoyed lunch there. Excellent food, good service and we didn't feel rushed even if we stayed over lunch. Hopefully one day we have a Biaggi in the Phoenix area.

Overall, I am not the biggest fan of chain restaurants, because I find them generic while I try to supply the crowds. That means I really enjoyed it...
