"Absolutely LOVE Bibi'z! I've been coming here for many months and it never disappoints. There are so many gluten-free and vegetarian options that I'm always getting different things. There is also a nice selection of vegan items on the menu. The food is always delicious and I've never had anything I didn't love. The service is always great, the drinks are strong and there's often live music outside on Friday nights. It's a perfect place for special occasions, a fun night out or date night. They also usually have Groupons available, which is worth it for the amount of food you can get."

I came back years later for a parent's night out. We could not have been happier with our experience. First off, all COVID rules were complied with. A shame to see so many unused tables but that's the deal for now. I was eyeing up the beer list (small but varied) but decided to match my wife with a cocktail. The fig mule is pretty good but go with whatever suits your fancy. We split oysters (yum) and coconut shrimp for appetizers. I do not think the shrimp are always available so jump on this if you can! My first pick for the main course was the short rib. But then the waiter mentioned the veal osso buco special, and there was only one left! Fast forward to an empty plate that used to contain delicious veal, mash potato, and au jus. So worth it. I had a side of spinach as well, which was just ok. The dessert drinks are a must. My wife picked the Godiva hot chocolate but I won out with the chocolate martini. Do you think they will let me order that to start next time? I can make a meal of three of those! Also I was impressed with the attention to gluten free meals. One of my relatives is allergic so I am always on the lookout for that kind of thing.
We went there for dinner last night around 8:30 PM and noticed only one more group dining there. The staff was just sitting around. Around 9 PM, we were the only ones there and noticed the staff was ready to shut the kitchen. We felt rushed to finish our meal, they kept picking up our plates, one lady even took the leftover wine from our glass and dumped it in the new glass. So even though the servers were friendly, the rushed service was a bit annoying. Now to the food: Kettle Chips: We got the Cajun flavor and loved it. Cauli Fries: Wasn't a fan of this dish. This was baked cauliflower....didn't feel like fries at all. Cous Cous: We actually returned this dish. This seems like tomato sauce with Cous Cous in it. Not what we were expecting. Margherita Pizza: This was decent. Chipotle Penne Pasta: This was delicious. Loved the spicy flavor of this pasta. Overall, the food was good and there are lots of veggie options available.
Stop reading this review and just call. Had dinner here with 30+ family and friends after a funeral service. COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY AMAZING. First, and most importantly the people are amazing. JUDY, JUDY, JUDY, JUDY and Olie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). You can not find nicer people anywhere. I literally had a hard time leaving because Judy is such and amazing person. Second, there is better food NO WHERE. From appetizers of homemade kettle chips and calamari to main courses of filet mignon and salmon that literally melt in your mouth and everything in between. They even bring chocolate shavings and whipped cream for your coffee. The chef is completely superb. If you are looking for a beautiful place with amazing food and even better people and you don't choose Bibi'z you are just WRONG. Five stars isn't nearly enough. Anyone who complains about the staff is wrong. Thank you for everything.
I'm not understanding the bad Bibi'z reviews, especially ones that slam the bar because I've never had anything less than an amazing experience at Bibi'z, particularly with the awesome staff at the bar. To anyone who hated the bar, please go back for the lychee martini it is a life changer. I'm a lychee fan to begin with, but this is truly the best I've ever had, anywhere. You can add protein to any salad they offer, which is a fantastic option, and I cannot rave more about the chips (go for curry! . The service is fantastic, the ambiance is gorgeous, and in the summer you can sit outside on the patio, which cannot be beat. But seriously lychee martinis in Westwood. Don't think, just order.
