This shop is amazing.They were excellent in recommending our new bikes to us and have been there to help us with getting set up recently converting them to tubeless for us.Staff are always really friendly and take a genuine interest in asking about your planned trip or where you’ve been on your bike.When thinking of reasons I want to stay living longer term in the area this is honestly one of the pros on my list! I’m not sure I want to take my bike anywhere else!!

Best service and the friendliest staff! These guys have gotten us out of a bind SO many times! From busted chains derailleurs, to new bikes and gear. Always prompt service, great advice, and they never oversell or push things that you don’t really need. We don’t live in town, but frequent Canmore quite a bit, this is THE bike shop we prefer and go to! Réservez une table maintenant

I only trust the staff at the bike cafe with my bike. They recently went above and beyond to fix a problem with my brakes. The customer service is great and the staff are very friendly.
