Bier-akademie - Réservation de table

The host at our hotel recommended this restaurant to us, and it was perfect. We had driven all day and wanted a friendly neighborhood place to eat. This fit the bill perfectly. They have outside dining on the back patio away from traffic noise as well as lovely inside dining spaces. The staff were friendly and patient with my broken German. The food was excellent. We tried the Rohe Roulade and loved it. The restaurant is not in the touristy area so 1 or 2 block walk. But worth it.

The restaurant is known for its raw roulade. We didn't have the courage to try it even though the table next to us ordered about 15 of the dish. We had a tasty pork medallion dish covered in cheese. Anything covered with cheese is good but the meal was very good. The servers were very attentive and nice. This is the second time we have visited and were pleased both times. Be sure and get a reservation.

We had an enjoyable experience here as we liked the food and beer. We had the Argentinian rump steak with peppercorn wine sauce, which was super delicious. The meat was cooked medium and was tender. The sauce was heavenly. The side of mashed potatoes was very addictive as I couldn’t stop eating. The atmosphere here was relaxing and the staff here were very helpful and diligent.

It is always a good sign to see lots of locals in the restaurant. The place was packed full of patrons you should have a reservation. We had a reservation and were greeted by the staff warmly. They spoke english very well and made recommendations that we loved. Great place to eat and get the feel of authentic Germany. Réservez une table maintenant

The raw roulade is a classic in the city and Bier Akademie is one of the restaurants serving it the classic way. After trying it out on the different restaurants we could say that this one was the most spicy one and with most mustard inside. The place itself is very cozy and has friendly staff!

My words will not do it justice we were warmly welcomed and experienced good Celle beer and Wine (they need to stock more German wine ! and the food was very good. we even managed to get some asparagus which was delicious.

On our way through Germany, we made a stop in beautiful Celle. We had lunch in the cosy backyard of Bier Akademie and were very satisfied. Tasty and freshly made food, friendly and flexible service and nice atmosphere.
