This was our first time there, we had reservations at 6:30 and got there at 6:20 and they sat us immediately. It began with getting our drinks in a fairly timely matter, but right after that is when it all went downhill. We had to ask Other waitresses to please find our waitress so we can order, we finally ordered and from then on until almost 8 o’clock, trying to track down our waitress again getting annoyed because our food hasn’t come she finally came to tell us that our order was lost. It was frustrating to say the least. We left at almost 8:40 PM after eating. Two of the 4 dinners were good , the other two mediocre. we canceled the salad because it never came and they did not take it of...
Our server Audry was very nice and helpful with food and drink selections! Attentive and friendly. The food was good. Presentation was ok. Probably would return to check out another dish. The Lobster Ravioli was what I had and I gave it 3.5. The place was very nice and accommodating from the get go. With the open floor setting maybe some music would help with the the ambiance.
I don't believe their "handmade" pastas are actually handmade; they taste like Barilla to me. The timing for the appetizer, salad, and main course could have been improved. I felt rushed even though the restaurant was empty. It would be nice to give people some time to enjoy their wine and appetizers. I was still eating my salad when the main courses arrived.
Service could have been better. The waitress never approached us to ask if all was well or if we wanted a second drink. Additionally, to go boxes were brought to our table without having been asked which conveyed a message of “ time for you to go” to the table.

Food was good, service was slow as they only had one waitress working two large groups. Forgot to put food orders in, food took a while to come out, also takes 25 min to make a charcuterie board?
It was a wonderful evening. Biest is one of our favorite restaurants. I just wish there was bar seating in the kitchen; I would love to sit and watch the chefs at work.
