I want to give 1 star but I'll give them 1 more try. Girls were hanging out when I walked in no greeting one girl simply yelled out what can I get for you. I had barely walked in the door. She was very unprofessional asking me do you want cream or no . who says stuff like that. Food was lacking. Bagel with guac literally had a tiny smere of quac on there. Other bagels were bland also. For 20 bucks for 3 bagles, I can go elsewhere. Please take this review as a training guide for your employees. Even if your employees are family, that's not an excuse to be unprofessional and dearborn
This place is by far the most generous bagel shop in the state. The size of their bagel literally doubles the competition, always made fresh and I always have to remind them to go easy on the cream cheese when I place my order. (They WILL NOT goanywhere anytime soon). Oh and the wonderful staff, they always greet with a smile on their face. Let?s have a pure and happyheart towards others and keep our racist comments and hatred to our selves. Life is too short!!!!
Used to love big apple bagels, now they are nothing more than a joke. Its to hard nowadays to put cream cheese actually on the bagels for them and when you do order a bagel you receive a tiny sorry excuse for a cream cheese cup to cover the bagel. Justcheap habibi?s taking over and cutting costs, there aren?t much more big apple bagels around and im certain this one will beclosed sooner than later.
Im from Brooklyn so my standards were really high! But as soon as i took a bite out of that sesame bagel I immediately was brought back to my old neighborhood in NYC! The best bagel wnd cream cheese ive had since i moved to Michigan. The smoothie was excellent too and of course the great service. Kudos to the ones in charge of hiring because the sister in the front was so nice and hospitable!

First off they welcome everybody in the store by saying hello when you walk in? How about that? Got a bagel scrambled eggs and cheese very good I?m impressed with this little store with the capability as for different types of foods
The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff seems inexperienced and quite young, which affects their ability to serve effectively. I waited 30 minutes for just a bagel and a drink!
I love this place. I wish they spoke English when there is gas. Maybe they ask if they want a drinker thing that I always forget because in distracted, as they always talk to each other.
large bagellad. I arrived a little before the opening on Saturday. Owner/manager left me early. he was very friendly and accommodating. I have the best fresh backbagels I've ever had.

I really enjoy their bagels while I'm in town for work. I also like this, even if I stop at the late day to pick up half dozens, they still have the most, if not all, to choose from.
I love this place. Some of the best bagels in town. Fresh ingredients and great tasting. The owner is the most kindest man you’ll ever meet. The BLT bagel is my favorite.
