I would give one star, but the lady who seated me was super nice. This was a Wednesday afternoon at lunchtime. The main reason I eat at big boy is for the soup and salad bar. However, there was no soup and salad bar today. So I left and went somewhere else. Like most businesses, if the standards are dropped and diminished, then the business will eventually fail. I absolutely refuse to settle when I’m paying. I am the customer and I should be able to get what I want within reason of course. Any other big boy usually has a soup and salad bar out for lunch.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Our server, Lydia, got my order wrong and didn’t return to refill our water. When it was time for the bill, I asked her about dessert, but she seemed annoyed by my question. We ended up not ordering any dessert. Meanwhile, another table requested more coffee, and a different server took care of that promptly. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, with only three tables occupied.

This burger will take you back to the days when Big Boys served their delicious double-decker hamburgers. It's fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection, just like you remember from the good old days!

Food was disappointing. Food was relatively quick but server didn't come back to check on us. Not very clean. Was hoping for the salad bar but it wasn't set up.
We waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to take our order. This place is disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it.
Great service and decent food. I personally think McDonald's is a little better but here you get table service.
Smash burger was yummy and the buffet looked like it had a ton of options. My kids loved the decor inside.
