If you haven't checked out Big Fish Market for their Fried Fish than you don't know what you are missing! For $11.79 lunch special I got 2 piece fish Shrimp. I chose Filet of sole so they actually gave me 3 pieces. It comes with bread roll and 1 side, I got the Macaroni Salad. Every thing was freshly breaded, than fried fresh. They took the frisbee and shrimp from the display and fried it up. The seafood was well seasoned and the coating was thin and crispy. The staff was so friendly and inviting, the food came out quick. There was no seating so it's a grab and go but the inside was very clean and well kept up. There was plenty of parking so that was a plus. My only gripe is their condiments...
We visited on a busy day, and many customers were understandably frustrated and upset about misplaced orders and poor service. One staff member in particular was very rude and disrespectful when I inquired about my food, which completely diminished my appetite. However, Tye was a fantastic employee who really helped us out! On the other hand, Danny (if that's his name; he was wearing a black and green Nike shirt) should seriously consider a new job because his customer service skills are terrible. He even lied by claiming to be the boss and owner, which simply isn't true.
Ordered from here before with no issues. My last order thru Uber Eats was not good! I had the grilled shrimp and salmon combo. A few pieces of the shrimp didn't have the same color as the other. You could tell they were old and had been sitting for awhile. I couldn't eat them. Also ordered the fried snapper and it was not seasoned at all and it also tasted very old like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Very disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad day but not sure I will be ordering from here again.
The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional. I typically call in my orders, but the lines are often busy. Recently, I used their new ordering website and accidentally placed my order incorrectly. When I received my food and noticed the mistake, the restaurant kindly corrected it for me at no charge. The food is delicious, but the service is even better!

I decided to order here today due to the excellent reviews, and it was very mediocre. The fish shrimp lack seasoning and my portion was over cooked. The tartar sauce is not freshly made, it's provided in little packages. The wait was very long on this hot day. I was not impressed at all with my food and feel like I waste my money plus time.
I've been patronizing this market for years but the least customer service can do is letting people already in the shop that they are no longer taking inside orders instead of waiting a half hour in line to find out they're closed.
Best grilled fish and butter garlic rice I ever had and the house made butter sauce too top the meal off owwwwe baby I been eating here for years and they never disappoint
Wanted have a nice fish fry for dinner and this restaurant came up. I'm very glad it did because the food was delish! We had fried oysters and catfish it was great.

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and I absolutely love the grilled salmon served over garlic butter rice, accompanied by their delicious garlic rolls.
Everything is good here...quick service ambiance packed with people. I guess that settles it, great food!!
