I love big Johns (it 's my generational pizza home)but last time I was there wasnt sure if I were welcome(months ago)it has since changed 2 an extent since then(bout 12- '23)but it was based on "odd "looks being giving to me(s 'times u jus hav a feeling)+tv was playing fox news which had some kind of divisive debate on at the time but it was jus this 1 time,some new ppl,the young guys(they were really cool)left but hey pizza was spectacular,lol,even though the guy mistook my order told me I said put down topping I didnt(don 't u hate that?especially when u know what u said)but he didn 't argue with me,though,I just had to wait 4 another ... it was gooood,sooo,it 's on you..eveywheres got s '...
Overrated ratings. I ordered this pizza based on the reviews, and it definitely didn't meet my expectations. This is more like a 2-star pizza. Grubhub has them rated at 4.9, and I can’t understand how. I requested a well-done crust, but instead, I got something soft and doughy. There was barely any cheese in every bite, and honestly, this pizza was so disappointing that it felt like a personal letdown. The bottom tasted like straight cooking spray, and I truly feel misled. I won’t be returning.
They're the best pizza around ever since I was a child. I drive from Delaware to go get a party tray. Call the phone number 3344 to order directly from them. I made the mistake of ordering online for pick up, thinking it was their site and it was that damn Grub Hubs site. They charged me an extra damn $10 to go get my own stuff. Never again...call the 3344 number on there. If they're very busy like on Friday nights you might have to call several times.
i feel so disappointed I ordered a large tray pizza thinking it was going to come back to me perfect as the old Big John's Pizza but i was really upset by the outcome. my pizza was very sloppy cheese wasnt cheesey as asked lot of sauce when asked for light. Bad enough it took me a while to get them on the phone but I didn't complain due to me knowing it was for busy night.

I ordered a party tray and 2 larges—all pepperoni. Total of $60, prices have gone up but that’s everywhere. One of the best pizza joints in America. I don’t even need hot sauce. -Traveled all across America

It's been my favorite for as long as I can remember. They have the best sauce and overall pizza! Not much has changed over the years.
