Big Kahuna Hawaiian Bbq

Funny enough, this might be the only Hawaiian restaurant in Kentucky(it is for sure the only one in Lex). The items on the menu are excellent, with my favorite being the Hawaiian macaroni salad, which you can get as a side. I'd also recommend trying their dishes with Spam, such as the musubi. Some might be surprised, but you can do some amazing stuff with Spam. Besides the great food, I've always found the staff and the owner to be nice and cool! Big Kahuna has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Lexington! On a side note, they will occasionally have specials, and they tend to be really amazing. A few weeks ago, they had sausage masubi, which was delicious.

My first time coming! I moved to Lexington this weekend and thought, why not try something new? I was extremely pleased with my choice. I chose the Big Kahuna Burger paired with a Longboard Island Lager, and my father got the Pork Katsu. Both our meals were incredibly tasty! I will definitely be back to try more delicious items from their menu!!

We've been lucky enough to have eaten in some really good Hawaiian places over the years, even in the islands when we lived there for 3 years. This place is one of the best. Yummy food, coconut shrimp is second to none, even for steakhouses. Good sides, unique artwork from local artists.

It was all very good. I recommend trying at least once. Hubs tried a burger and was very happy with it. I tried the Katsu. It was really yummy. The macaroni and the Hawaiian fries were awesome! I don’t recommend the spam sushi Réservez une table maintenant

I have looked forward to this meal for over a year. This is by far my favorite casual restaurant in all of Lexington. I don’t understand why there aren’t more spots around the Midwest bc

Everything there is delicious the Hawaiian style fries are amazing all of the staff that are super friendly plenty of indoor and outdoor seating great place

Food was pretty good. As a mayo hater I can't give higher than 4 stars in good conscious, but that's a me thing. I definitely recommend for mayo lovers.
