Horrible. Rude. Put PORK IN EVERY SINGLE THING, even though we TOLD THEM NO PORK. They knew they cooked it with pork and still had the audacity to want to look in our “trash”. Never replaced our food, and took $65.00 and 4 kids didn’t eat. Worst place I’ve literally ever been to in my life. Absolutely fraud and terrible. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. We didn’t eat and we waited just for the guy to take the food with him because he had no proof, even though they were 100% knowledgeable they had cooked the food with pork. I am infuriated and so disappointed. What a disgraceful place. I’m never ordering from this so called restaurant ever again. First and last! YOU ARE THE WORS...
Recently moved to Taunton and I’m so happy this is the first place I decided to order food from. The portions are huge for a great price and the flavors are amazing!! Very friendly staff and they don't discriminate. They are open until 11pm and when I order late they wait till the very last min before closing on customers. Other places will ignore your call at 10:45. Deliveries are very friendly and fast. Big Wongs seems like a family business and I will always support them. Used to get food from here alot. Now, the inside is dirty, boxes everywhere and it smells like rotten food inside. The pork fried rice had nothing in it. No pork, no bean sprouts, nothing. Entire meal tasted like old oil and salt. The teriyaki didn 't taste like any meat I 've ever had. Spent $45 and threw the whole thing out. My stomach was turned off my the smell and overall disgusting atmosphere anyway. Board of health needs to visit for sure.
The food here is fantastic! Everything I’ve tried has been excellent, especially the chicken dishes, with General Tso's being my favorite. The vegetable fried rice is incredible, and the egg rolls are the best I've had from various Chinese restaurants within a 20-mile radius. The food is consistently hot and fresh. This is definitely a small business, but it is absolutely worth it and surpasses many larger restaurants!

No gloves on anyone working there. All 5 people handling food. The crab rangoons and chicken fingers sit out at room temperature in giant white buckets before being cooked. Health department needs to pay this place a visit. I might even call myself. Do better when you’re taking peoples money. 15 years in the industry by the way.
I was extremely impressed with the food! The dumplings and egg rolls were fantastic! However, the sweet and sour pork was a bit tough. Still, I recommend giving it a try!

I have the Szechuan beef with white rice twice a week, and it is outstanding. The quality is consistently excellent, and it's a great value for the price.

I've been coming to Big Wong for years! The food is delicious and addicting! I order from them ATLEAST once a week! The staff is always friendly.
It’s not my top choice for a restaurant, but the food was actually quite good.
