I was in San Francisco for a week to attend a conference. I ate here three times during the week. The location is close to the conference center. The sushi burritos reminded me of the rice balls and rice triangles I would eat when I lived in Japan and Korea. The curry was good as well. The location is in a food court so the atmosphere is what it is. I highly recommend this for a lunch spot.
Conveniently in the Metreon by the side entrance, great menu selection. Staff works fast, even swamped with mobile orders, real polite, courteous. If you order on the spot, like me, be prepared to wait less than 10 min. When you're Downtown you somehow become impatient. 10 min is nothing. The food is fresh, delicious and worth it's price and wait.
I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my most recent experience was disappointing. The bowl I ordered contained very bitter cucumbers and some crunchy, gritty substance that I couldn't identify. I couldn't finish the dish and felt like I wasted $13. It will be some time before I return to this establishment.
I walked 15 minutes in the pouring rain to get to this restaurant because it was still open. I arrived at 8:56pm, even though they were supposed to close at 9:30pm. Unfortunately, they were already closing and wouldn't serve me any food. I was disappointed with the service and won't be returning. Rating: 1 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant
The sushi burrito and poke bowl at this restaurant were delicious. It would have been even better if customers could choose their own ingredients for the sushi burrito instead of having a set menu. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
Got their shirmp tempura roll, it was fresh they made it in front of us and it only take 10 min. I love their sushi. Don't get me wrong it's in a meteron. The poke is not bad .
Everything is way over priced for what they give you. You literally paid premium price for a small spoon of food. It's legit a rip off.
