I am disappointed with Bindi. We’ve had our machine for about 6 to 7 months, not quite a year. Many people enjoyed the Bindi ice, but unfortunately, due to the pandemic, our sales have been lower than expected. Because of this, Bindi has decided to remove their unit from our establishment. I believe that Bindi should allow businesses the chance to boost their sales volume during these challenging times. We've reached out multiple times to order specific flavors that were out of stock. Overall, I think this is a poor business decision on Bindi's part.

Great company to deal with. Personal Service, timely delivery and a wide range of Delicious Dessert Products that are so well received by a wide range of different Corporate and Retail Clients! Most of all, I 'm very pleased with their commitment to quality Customer Service. A big Thank you to Maura one of their Associates whom is hands on, follows up and keeps busy Chefs such as I informed of all the important aspects of my often special requests eg; time, delivery, new products, pricing guides, special off site requests, etc... The product deserves 5 stars for its quality, but I can't give any stars for the customer service, which disregards the incorrect product description. Their website clearly states it's 14.98 lbs with 80 servings, but what I received was only 7 lbs and 15 oz. When I reached out, they refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and kept insisting that the specifications were correct at 7 lbs and 15 oz. This feels like false advertising.
The staff at the restaurant are very professional. There's parking available by the dock, which is convenient for loading within the allotted time.
Everything I’ve tasted from Bindi has been phenomenal. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff.
