Like the other reviews this place is trash post COVID. I tried coming here on a Saturday night. Got to the bar at 1030pm just to find it closed. Why do you bother to operate as a bar if you're going to be closed by midnight on a weekend? If the answer relates to labor shortages the key is to pay people their human value. If it is supply the answer is carry other stock. Anything else and it is laziness on the part of the owner.
I really enjoy going to Bippys. The bartender is friendly and the Old Bay wings are delicious. The sushi from the restaurant next door is also great. I'm a fan of the Turkey Rachel as well. It's not a fancy place, so don't expect a fancy bar. Sometimes the staff can get overwhelmed and it may take a bit longer for service. It's a local spot, but I always have a good time at Bippys.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant. They were dishonest about the prices of drinks and food. They even tried to charge me $4 for a cup of ranch that I didn't even ask for, despite me not even liking ranch. I will not be returning to this establishment. There are much better bars in the area than this one.
My absolute favorite Hole in the wall. It's nothing special, but the food is delicious and inexpensive. No sushi anymore Sadly, but the Wings are always Crispy. Great People, Great Food Drinks, and Great Prices. What more could you ask for? Réservez une table maintenant

The food took an hour to come out! It was not a busy time. I think the waiter came by once for water and didn’t ask if we wanted a drink. Ellicott City has some much better gems than this.
