I ordered the birria quesadilla and a sope de birria both de res (beef) as opposed to birria de chivo (goat). They were both good and full of taste. I would've liked to enjoy a little more flavor, but it's definitely worth trying. I'm going back to try the birria de chivo as a plate with tortillas. The price is right and the place was very clean inside.
From dining in the back of his house to enjoying meals at his restaurant, the quality of his food is consistently excellent. The consomme and quessabirria were outstanding. His cozy little restaurant brings back fond memories of visiting similar places during my childhood. I will definitely be back again!
The birria de chivo is absolutely delicious, especially the broth. It comes with rice and beans, accompanied by homemade tortillas. I visited early in the day, and it was just what I needed, topped with cilantro and onions. I will definitely be going back!
The Birria is Good We ordered coffee from the hoya, it was the last cup/glass we asked for a refill which they had already run out we asked for instant which they had not left a bad impression. Réservez une table maintenant
The birria no longer tastes the same, it was like meat with water And the water they gave me tasted like pure sugar and the prices were very expensive, not even the tortillas tasted the same.
The dry goat birria with rice and beans is very delicious, just like the birria in consomme.
The Menudo is delicious, I loved the birria and the shrimp a la diabla!
