Birrieria Carlos - Réservation de table

Don't overlook this hidden gem. Was turned on to slow-cooked Birrieria Tacos with Consome on corn tortilla with cilantro and diced onions during Covid. Updateed with more pics I have tried a lot differnt style tacos from Tex-mex, street tacos,fast food tacos all over the US. I think Birrieria are among my favorites. The Keto Tacos with Birrieria cooked brisket,Cilantro and onions are even more amazing but the chesse wrapper makes them a little more rich (but they are truly Keto, whichis not great calories-wise if your not eating Keto. They recently upgraded thier food truck looks nice and new.

I am a bit of a glutton. I like to feel full. And so when I wanted to get some Mexican food I decided to stop here for the first time for lunch. A little bit difficult to find Tucktaway behind a cascade cigar and tobacco Company, the festive trailer hassome nice employees working there.I just finished my burrito and I am satisfied. I really like cheese and they didn?t skimp onthe cheese on my burrito. It was meaty it was tasty it was fresh and I will certainly come back there again.

I just finished my burrito and I am satisfied. I really like cheese and they didn't jump on my burrito on the cheese. it was meaty it was delicious it was fresh and I will certainly come back there.

Delicious. So satisfying. The meat is quality, the service was fast and friendly, the cart it self at least on the outside is well kept. Each quesabirria is $3.50. 3-4 is a good amount to order. The meat is not seasoned enough to eat without dipping intothe consome (a hot broth with onion) which is how it is intended to be eat. Will definitely be back. Réservez une table maintenant

I cannot believe how good this place is. I absolutely crave the flavors. The Birria soup WOW. The tacos are amazing but my favorite is definitely the birrieria broth or the ramen. Sooo flavorful! The drink here are very fun and delicious as well. Comehere at least monthly and have even catered.

All right. they are not cheap with their food. many meats. beautiful people. the only criticism I got is that her present was a little clear. the meat is missing from salt. the aromen were there, but just a little more salt. it would have been perfect.

always an amazing stop. this time it was the quesobirria and the Birria rays. always busy, but they can preorder and they can wait in the car with a small beehive when it rains. I can't wait to return.

great eating at a great price and the people are very friendly. the burrito was excellent, and the tacos were great. it's fucked behind another load, so if they don't look for him, they can miss it. Réservez une table maintenant

Saw the sign for this place a few times. Finally had the chance to stop in. Was good authentic food. Friendly staff. Outdoor covered seating with 2 tables. Very affordable
