And all I have to say is the food is delicious and the service is wonderful. I really like that the servers work together for an example if your server is busy and another server who walks by and notices the water glasses are low that server will come fill it up even if he isn't serving you. My wife and I have been going to Bistecca on and off since it opened. Decided to have nice dinner out for the 2 of us,made reservation and once we arrived we were seated right away. Were greeted by the server indicating he and a partner would be taking care of us, ordered our wine and that was at 6:45 pm. So, by 7:40 when approached , indicated we were feeling quite forgotten about. This has been my 3rd time here now and i will once again say that i will put this place up against anywhere in the city. We have done harvest room(hotel mcdonald), range road, corso 32, keg, sawmill, lux... etc. But this place takes it over all of them, not only with their incredible food but from the chef Sunny, to the manager, and the waiters - unbelievable experience. Amazing service and ambiance. We had the quinoa salad, escargots, short rib ravioli and beef tenderloin. The quinoa salad was delicious! Just large enough for sharing, the variety and ratio of all ingredients was just perfect. Greens were fresh and crisp. Escargots were also great, clean tasting. Short rib ravioli was a hit, filling to dough ratio was excellent and beef was robust! Beef tenderloin cooked to order, all basic sides were delicious. Not too many patrons on a Saturday night, that was surprising. Would recommend!

It was a great experience. Friendly and nice waiter. Stefan made sure we were all comfortable which was greatly appreciated. Such a warm welcoming manager! We all enjoyed our dinners and service was very good. Overall we all enjoyed ourselves and it was was a relaxing evening.
Service was disappointingly slow tonight & unfortunately with the exception of the bruschetta the food was just OK (steak dinner & house dessert nothing special).
Charismatic Kate was the best server I have ever had. She made us feel like we were the only customers in the restaurant. Great wine and atmosphere. Ask for Kate
