Bistro 221 is a wonderful discovery! The decor is amazing, and everyone in my group really liked the impressive brick wall. We celebrated our 2023 graduate with a delightful brunch and mimosas. The food was outstanding, featuring stone-ground grits with shrimp or fried fish, and the French toast was wonderfully light and fluffy. My nephew particularly enjoyed the chicken and waffles, and the mimosas were full of flavor as well. The service was exceptional from start to finish—thank you, Emma!
The Bistro is the top spot in St. George for enjoying a wonderful meal! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, with Jennifer, the manager, going above and beyond to ensure that everyone is well taken care of. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is inviting. As for kid-friendliness, I brought my daughter along, and they were very accommodating to her needs. Plus, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, allowing easy navigation through any door.
We've visited Bistro 221 multiple times since it came under new management, and each experience has been fantastic. The chef and owner, Todd, has revamped the menu, and we've made it a point to try something different every time. We haven't been let down yet! The food is incredible, the atmosphere is delightful, and the staff is the friendliest group you'll ever encounter. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself!
What a delightful discovery in this small town! Just a short 2-mile drive from I-95, it's definitely worth the detour. I tried the quesadillas, which were excellent, and the salad dressing is homemade. Plus, they are dog-friendly! We enjoyed our meal on the spacious outdoor patio with our furry friend. We were passing through the area on a road trip and decided to stop here. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, particularly the cheesecake, which was a highlight! We also grabbed some coffee to go, and it was excellent. The service was quick and attentive. We'll definitely return when we visit South Carolina again!
Wow! What a fabulous gem in St. George! Rachel was our server and we loved her and her knowledge of every dish we asked about. Great portion sizes! We will be back to taste the rest of the menu as we frequently travel taking hwy 78. Looked like they havean amazing alcohol selection as well, but we didn't try it.
The chicken salad sandwiches lacked both the cranberries and pecans mentioned in the description, altering the flavor profile I had anticipated. The service could have been more attentive. However, the atmosphere was really pleasant, and the family bathroom was spacious, equipped with a baby changing station.
First time checking out this place and it was amazing. The food, staff, and specialty holiday drinks were top notch. Jordanne served me and made all the specialty drinks. She was absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be back! Love this place and the vibe. Réservez une table maintenant
