She told us that the new GM made a huge mistake when procuring food for the restaurant and that every said it wasn 't good. Strike two. Very nice atmosphere. Our waiter on Monday evening was exceptionally good. He was knowledgeable of the dishes on the menu and made great recommendations for our first visit there. We had Gnocchi Misto Sampler (3 types) for appetizers, two main courses, two desserts with coffee and a double espresso. Parking is street parking, but we had no trouble finding a close spot for a 6:15 reservation on a Monday. We will definitely return and bring friends and a nice bottle of wine. Had an early weekday dinner with a friend here and it was great! I couldn’t get over that an entire section of the menu was gnocchi! I LOVE gnocchi; it’s my favorite pasta. We both did the pick 3 gnocchi sampler which is a lot of gnocchi for a reasonable price. I got the traditional, Gorgonzola, and short rib varieties. The short rib could have been heavier on the meat but otherwise they were all great and Gorgonzola was my favorite. It is BYO which is a plus. Over the years we have enjoyed our meals at Bistro but last night was the best meal we ever had at Bistro. Service was excellent -Jackson did a great job to make sure my party of 19 were completely satisfied and had everything they could need. The Hostess/Manager, Christa, went to our guest and made sure the party had a great time. Finally, the food was great. The chef made sure that every dish was prepared and proper temperature when it was served. This was not an easy task since we were a large party. All appetizers and meals came out one more excellently prepared than the next. Highly recommend this restaurant and will be back very soon.

Reservation recommended. We sat outside with the wood fired grill nearby so it smells amazing the whole time. Bread with a delicious herb dipping sauce is given. The food was lovely with large portions. This is a nice dinner out, so the prices reflect that and the menu is posted online. It's BYOB as it's a dry town, so everyone had their own bottle of wine, no uncorking fee. Service was excellent.
I checked out this Italian restaurant, and let me tell you, their gnocchi was next level! It was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. Plus, the ambience was so charming, it really set the mood for a perfect dining experience. If you're into top-notch gnocchi and a beautiful atmosphere, this place is a winner! Christa, the general manager, was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond!
