Bistro Evolution et traiteur

2 hungry travelers were on A20 and decided to get off the road in Levis QC area. This was a chance find and a good one too. The place offers an extensive selection of meats, fish, poultry, soups and pastas. We had 4 items. All were very good. Service is friendly and efficient. The place is large but you will have privacy at your table. The location is close to A20 but is convenient and easy to get to if you are in the QC Levis area. If you are looking for a good place to go for your dining pleasure Evolution is a choice to look at seriously.

As I was making my way back to Montreal, I've stopped at Bistro Evolution for brunch on a Sunday morning. Wow! What a nice surprise. The menu was different than the typical egg-bacon brunch. Many options on the menu are inspired by local ingredients. My pulled pork with poached egg was delicious. Their sharing board was very tasty and a great way to start brunch. The service is very good. Friendly and professional. I'll definitely go back and I'll recommend it

Been there for lunch... not the cheapest show in town but it worth it!Had chicken stuffed with mushroom mixture wrapped in prosciutto, others had burger ... anyway, everything was great, service was perfect (from my grandson in a booster seat up to my mother in a four-wheeled electrical mobility vehicles... access, venue and service were perfect!!!

Great option in Levis. The menu changes approximately each season so there are always new items to try. Most times they hit the mark and have tasty combinations. They have a good amount of private import wines which they will happy recommend depending on your order. Highly recommended as one of the best options in Levis Réservez une table maintenant

Wine served a bit on the warm side. Steak tartare was ok but not great. The mushroom appetizer was lovely. Server changed half way through the meal without notice. Had to chase down the second server to pay the bill.

The sweetbread dish I had tonight was the best treatment of that protein I have ever eaten. The cocktails are well curated. The staff is knowledgeable and very efficient. Do yourself a favor and eat here.

Great food and great atmosphere. The mushroom ravioli was amazing!! The guy made a great effort with speaking English to us. Made our sons welcome too. Would definitely come back again.

Good food, good service. The menu changes regurlarly and always something to discover. The new terrace will make sure you can really enjoy it in the summer. Réservez une table maintenant
