Popped into Bistro Franc, Hanover St, Liverpool for dinner early evening and our host and waitress was Tasha. Have to say she was an exceptional waitress. There was a chap who served the starters and bread and he was very pleasant too, but I didn't get his name. Iv owned an award winning Tearoom so I know good staff when I see them. It was such a pleasure to be served by such genuinely friendly and attentive young staff who seemed to enjoy serving you and wanted you to enjoy your dining experience. The starters where lovely but the main courses where just ok, although I did enjoy my vegetable Wellington. I like the atmosphere in Bistro Franc and with the staff being so genuinely attentive it...
Simply what a resteraunt should be from start to finish. The staff were excellent and very personable, helpful and full of enthusiasm for their job. The food was the best I've had in a very long time. I chose the fish stew which I would recommend to any fish lover. Upon arrival we were offered a wine and dine deal for £23 this was super value for the quality and quantity of food. The resteraunt, toilets and bars were all exceptionally clean. My only complaint is that this is not closer to me because this would certainly be a regular of ours.
Fantastic restaurant the team food and ambiance all perfect. We had the lamb shank and sea bass cooked to perfection, starters were so fresh and tasty too! Nothing was too much trouble and a beautiful restaurant too! We can't wait to come back to Liverpool and revisit
Lovey surroundings. Food was excellent. 3 courses for £35 off the Christmas menu. Staff amazing and very accommodating to our dog Milo, particularly Tash and Eugen were very pleasant, helpful and a credit to the restaurant.

We have frequented this location more times than I can rememberIf I had rated this a couple of years ago it definitely would have been five stars.
Our waitress Tash was lovely and welcoming. Great food and even better service. A great way to end our weekend in Liverpool!
