Bistro Guillaume Crown Melbourne

Excellent restaurant. From the moment you walked in, you were treated first as a guest to an establishment the waiting staff were proud to be working in. They were attentive, and I would like to make special mention of the manager Wendy, who was thoroughly engaging, and made the evening enjoyable, and very relaxing. The dishes was top notch, with the baked crab shell with alaskan crab meat up there as the best I've had. I can't wait to go back.

Returned to this great restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Service was excellant and the food was extremely good . The only issue that we both had was that the Peking Duck meat was a little dry. If you pick a banquet for your meal , make sure you let them know the time Druid’s between courses that you want otherwise the course come out very quickly Still a great establishment that we will return to.

Stunning service and quality food. Even got complimentary champagne for our 35th wedding anniversary... The beef in plum sauce and signature chicken are truly special not to mention the Sydney rock oysters..the best ever Loved it all Karl and Emma

The second time I’ve been to silks and the staff are always so wonderful with excellent service. The food is delicious and never disappoints. For what you pay the quality of food is fantastic- I scan never fault silks! Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent service with staff knowledgeable about food and wine. We had a champagne that was a bit flat and they replaced it without question, opening a new bottle in front of us. Food was delicious.

The food is always excellent. Silks is a regular stop for us while visiting Crown. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for a fine dining Asian menu.

Best beef I've ever had. Must try the Silks signature beef. Very clean and good quality utensils. Chinese Malaysian Singaporean chefs. Highly recommend. Excellent service.
