I had the fish and chips and I can't imagine a better representation of this classic dish. The chips were cut into uniform batons and had to have been properly par cooked because they were perfect pale gold and crisp on the outside, with an interior that was so soft and pillowy I may as well have been eating clouds. The fish was treated with at least the same reverence. It had a dark gold, crispy exterior, and the fish was flaky and delicious.
