An exceptionally nice bistro. First time visit with my wife and could not fault it. Spotlessly clean, welcomed by a friendly host. Two menus to choose from, one a special for two people which looked good value but we decided to go from the main menu. It couldn't have been better, ordered steaks and they were cooked exactly as we requested. The vegetables were also good, fresh and freshly cooked. The creme brulé sweet was exceptional. Prices were reasonable, and on a par with mid range restaurants. Oh, and the background music was not intrusive and easy listening. Yes, we will most definitely be making a return visit.
Last Saturday we had an 80th birthday celebration for my husband Harry. There were twenty five family and friends invited for a two course meal with wine, and the group consisted of young and old people. All I can say is that it was a perfect evening: the food was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and we had lots of fun. Later in the evening, we sat on the terrace and enjoyed live music and a singalong by family members. Everyone said it was a fabulous night, so Thankyou Bistro Moulin for ensuring we had a party to remember
Lovely restaurant with very friendly staff The food was really nice I had Stilton salad that was scrummy and we both had the chicken. The chicken was really nicely cooked and the veg sides were excellent The Creme brûlée was spot on and my hubby had sticky toffee pudding which he said was gorgeous We finished with coffees and port Lovely evening Bill was very reasonable
Last night, we visited this restaurant for New Year's Eve and enjoyed a delightful three-course meal. The menu had a great selection at reasonable prices, with our total coming to eighty pounds for two meals and drinks. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the service was excellent and friendly. We look forward to returning soon.

Absolutely amazing first experience at this lovely little restaurant. As we live locally, I really don't know why we hadn't been before. We had a very warm and pleasant welcome, were looked after throughout the evening and the food was delicious. Will certainly recommend it and look forward to eating there again.
Literally no French food at all on menu very basic good over cooked expected so much but very very bland. Nice little restraunt clean and tidy but very boring menu and over priced Expected so much but bland
Have visited twice in recent weeks.Food was excellent as was the service.This restaurant is too good to lose but attendance on the second occasion was extremely poor.It deserves our support
No complaints at all. We used to visit this restaurant often before going abroad for a while. Now that we are back, it has become one of our go-to places.

Lovely food, good atmosphere and great service. The two courses with a bottle of wine for £50 is a great deal. Support local businesses and give it a try
