shocking reaction of the chefs! yesterday visited and three of us ordered filet steak and asked that they be served “rare”. when cutting into our steaks, what came was "make good" with the waiter who brought her back into the kitchen....what happened next was shocking. the chef continued to cut the steaks into the half and decided that they were “even” and sent them back to us! we were left with steak bites on our plates, which were cut with got, white what a lot! this was very embarrassing, so unless it was forced to create a scene, we had no opportunity to eat our meals! rare steak should leave red juices on the plate, and like past restaurant owners/kitchen we are well equipped to cook st...
