We arrived on a Saturday night without a reservation and the staff were extremely helpful to get us a table. We were served by Katya and she was so friendly and efficient. My husband started with the mushrooms and escargot in a cream sauce that...was very good and then he had the Milano dish (pasta and chicken with a pesto cream sauce) and it was delicious. I had the Carbonara and it was very tasty and a generous portion. When I mentioned that it was not hot enough the cook or manager was concerned about reheating it in the microwave because it would change the consistency of the sauce. She offered to exchange it for something else or to add extra sauce. I suggested to just put it in the mic...

Who knew that Aylmer featured such a hidden gem? The ambience is lovely and very inviting. Includes a delightful patio. The wine list was extensive and included options by the glass, the 1/2 litre and bottle. The list included a lovely French rosé, perfect for...a summer day. The menu is also extensive and offers some very unusual dishes. It was hard to decide. The fish special was a delightful salmon fillet served with goat cheese, seasonal vegetables and a potato galette. Hubby chose the Caesar salad which was large enough to share and delicious! He also opted for the Pasta Carbonara which he really enjoyed. Another dish selected was the house specialty Cielo Pasta. Like all dishes, it was...

it was soothing to be asked to show our vaccination certificate at the door. there are large plastic panels that separate the tables and handsanitaries. the service was okay, but I had the osso bucco and it was practically unpredictable that it was so sweet. I should have sent it back. I ate a bit of it and brought the rest to home, but the next day could not really enjoy it. had never been so sweet sauce overwhelmed everything else. the meat was a bit dry and not almost as delicate as I would have wished. my man enjoyed everything he ordered the escargot and the mushrooms in cheese and the milano pasta with huh it was very delicious). we had a bottle chianti $60) and our bill was $163 inclu...

We’ve been there a couple of times and last time we went on a romantic date. I have to say that this restaurant is not romantic at all, but the food... OH MY GOD! You easily forget about everything else. It’s a somehow cozy restaurant,...not precisely elegant. Great wine options, really nice bilingual service and, again, fantastic food. All we’ve tried has been amazing, the carpaccio is perfect and the pasta and sauces are tasty and fresh. Maybe the only thing I find is not that good is the crème brûlée which tasted like it has spent too much time in the fridge, so the joy of that warm crisp sugar is just not there.

I have been going to this restaurant for more than a decade when it was called ambrosia. but it was sold and renamed to vitalia. that's the second time I went there under the new owner. the antipasta was for 1 person. very generous and ok. the expensive lamb was pretty good, but rather small. the deserts were quite expensive and overly sugary. but what afflicted me was the price of 500ml 'house wine': $35! I'm sorry to say that this is a total one and that the waiter was ringing when he said that half-liter was a better choice that 2 glasses. so they lose the business quickly.

I never write reviews, but after my experience I feel like I have to. this is our second time here, the first time service was very slow, but when it was owned by previous owners, it was my step-mother favorite restaurant so my man. and I took my step-mother here for her birthday and it was terrible. eating for ever, both eating and drinking orders were wrong, we were never checked by our server (over an hour to get a drink) and we were in the 2/12 hours there. they save their money and literally go somewhere else.

waiter wore visuals and masks inside and outside. tables which are correspondingly spaced apart. shiny clean. eating was excellent and very valuable. beautiful large terrace, and surprisingly. packed on a Tuesday night. no hesitation to recommend this place.

Terrible service we waited 2 hours for the main meal to arrive. The rizotto was undercooked, the calamari were overcooked the lasagna was nothing to write home about. Not worth the wait nor the money.
