I personally love this place and their coffee is soo good. Today I was completely disappointed with the barista service. I ordered medium Apple caramel latte and another medium pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. I don’t know what is wrong with the barista girl! She literally served me the latte with no flavour in both and one of them literally burned my tongue. This is ridiculous to serve in this way to your customer when they expect good quality from you.Milk cannot be heated more than 120 degrees until your customer asks you to give extra hot!Regardless coffee was completely tasteless.

The coffee is excellent and the terrace is lovely, but the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The bathrooms are quite dirty, which is simply unacceptable. This isn't just a one-time issue either. Cleanliness in both the seating area and the restrooms has been a problem for as long as I've been visiting the Beechwood location, which has been four years now.

Tables supoose to be cleaned right after use so that the following customer can use it. The bathrooms, floors Very dirty and door handles must be cleaned throughout the day. These cleaning practices should be a priority for businesses as the health of the citizens should be prioritized.Very expensive price,,,

I had a wonderful experience at the cafe on the evening of October 30th. The barista crafted a stunning and delicious pumpkin spice latte, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I enjoy coming here to study while treating myself to something nice. As for dietary needs, the oat milk option was fantastic! Réservez une table maintenant

This is one of my favourite locations. The staff here is always so friendly and kind. The service is great. My favourite thing to do is have a coffee at their outdoor tables. The pistachio espresso was my favourite drink of the summer. I really wish they had it year-round.

One of the best coffee shops in Ottawa! They offer delicious food, excellent coffee, and a wonderful atmosphere. It's a fantastic spot for reading, studying, or socializing.

The croissants are to die for. Watermelon ice, peach tea, matcha, Chai latte, yum yum don't forget the cherry lemon loaf.
