Bistrot des Barrieres

We were delighted with our choice of restaurant, located in the arcades by the buzzy dock. The welcome was good and the menu contained a good choice of fish starters and mains, which we were looking for. We loved our choices: oysters and a feuillete of bulots; John Dory and cod: both served with summer veg. We appreciated that the fish was tasty and simply and perfectly cooked. The choice of desserts was good. All the meals coming to the table looked well presented and we observed that the diners that evening looked very satisfied. We shall be recommending this bistro to others.

Absolutely a place to eat when you visit Dieppe. The food was nice, and the price was very affordable. The service was the best, as I forget a present at the restaurant and the nice girl helping us, came running after us to give me back the present. Very kind and honest, so just visit on your holidays in Dieppe .

We were a bit late for lunch having driven from Bourges and saw an outside table free in this busy restaurant. We chose the set menu which was reasonably priced. Delicious, fresh food, beautifully cooked. The fish was exceptional.Friendly staff.

Superbe établissement. Des plats raffinés et un service sans fausse note. Les poissons et viandes sont cuits à la perfection. À ne pas manquer. C'est un voyage pour les papilles et les yeux.

Pretty good for the price. The plate of 4 fishes was perfectly cooked but the fresh cream sauce and veggies were a bit bland
