Dinner started off bad, first.... they were out of the Prime Rib dinner special. (which is why we went there) Then after placing our order and then waiting forever for my soup, which never came, mine and my wife's dinner was served. I asked that our dinners be returned to the kitchen so we could have dinner together, and to please serve the soup. The waiter gave a lame excuse saying that they tried to serve the soup sooner but it was sent to another table which told the server they didn't order soup, so rather than trying to figure out which table it was supposed to go to.... well I don't know what they did with it. With all that it was impossible to enjoy our dinners. But.... I do like BJ's...
My experience today was not very good. The food didn't taste as good as it usually does. Mine was actually burnt a little. My wife's salad was warm like it had been sitting out while the other meals were being cooked. The sweet tea was not very sweet. And the service was exceptionally slow. We asked for extra ranch for our wings and they sent extra blue cheese. Would have asked for replacements, but it looked like there was only one server working and they have like 12-15 tables and we were hardly able to get her attention. This was not a very enjoyable meal.
My wife and I had dinner tonight at BJ’s in Chino Hills our server was Kade . I’m writing this review because it was the best server we ever had at that restaurant and I just want his managers to know that he’s the reason why I gave them five stars not the food not the atmosphere. He did a great job.
Ordered the same thing Avacado egg rolls and Tavern style pizza on April 5th and 18th..both the items were good on 5th..but 18th was bad..eggrolls was undercooked and pizza had most of the toppings in the middle which made it undercooked at the middle and overcooked at the ends ?

I can't believe they have the nerve to charge $30 for a pizza called "Pepperoni Extreme." My pizza had no cheese or sauce on two inches of the crust, and where's the pepperoni? I wish it looked anything like what was advertised on the menu. What a rip-off!
The cherry chipotle salmon was absolutely delicious once again. As someone who isn't vegetarian but focuses on healthy eating – avoiding meat, chicken, fried foods, and processed items – I always choose BJ's when I'm in the mood for a great salmon dish.
Crazy thing I didn't even know there was a BJ's at this location joke was on me because they were pretty busy but we seated promptly. Food and service was on the high side of good especially because of how busy they were.
Lauren, one of the main managers, has been consistently rude during each of my visits, and the service feels rushed and mediocre. However, the food is good overall.

I love BJ's beers. It's a different experience than going to a brewery, but the selection of different beers and the fact you can mix them is amazing.
I ordered the classic burger. I eat it without sauces or extra condiments, so I noticed the meat was a little bland. Good overall.
