Saturday night, 1 hour wait to be seated, which was fine. They weren't very busy but we assumed they were short staffed. We waited at the bar for drinks and apps. 2 bartenders, and neither one was attentive. Got our apps, no silverware. Annoying, but okay. They did not check on us at all after. Got our table, ordered, and food took over an hour to come out. Had to wait for silverware again. My steak was way undercooked, potatoes and broccoli cold. Shrimp scampi was hot and was good. Worst BJs I’ve ever eaten at. I came in to Cleveland on a business trip and got vouchers for this location. Literally every single night my group went there issues with orders. I ordered a steak medium, it came back well done, so I asked for it to beremade. The piece of meat that they sent out next was absolutely disgusting. Basically raw. I gave this place two chances and was disappointed both times. Last night I went in to dine and was seated after waiting about 10 minutes behind a large party, which was fine. Once seated though, no one even acknowledged I was sitting there. After 20 minutes I got up and told the hostess that she could open the table back up, I'd go eat somewhere else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they seemed to be busy, so today I ordered door dash. When my food arrived it was hot but has no silverware, my salad was missing, and my steak was over cooked. I ordered it medium and it was well well done. My experience with BJ’s Restaurant in Orange was the worst ever. To start I had a reservation at 4:30pm when I got there they could not find my reservation then it took them over 45 mins to seat us and the restaurant was half empty. After we were seated the service from the waiter was fine BUT it took forever to get our food. The restrooms were nasty there was tissue all over the floors spilling out of the garbage cans. When the food came my food was burnt, my brothers food was cold my mothers chicken was over cooked. This was supposed to be for a celebration for my son’s graduation but it ended up being a horrible experience. Needless to say I will never come to this BJ’s again.

We arrived at just before 5 pm on a Saturday night for a dinner of four friends and we left at 7 pm without have been served our entrees. About an hour after ordering we were informed that they were out of the entrees two of us requested. The manager came by about ten minutes later to apologize and take alternate orders, a chicken sandwich and salmon filet, neither of which should take more than 15 minutes to prepare. At 6:50 our server said the manager was on her way over. She finally showed up when we were already out the door. There are better alternatives if you prefer having food with your dinner.
First time at this restaurant and I was impressed. The beer selection was amazing and their in house beer was excellent. Lots of tv’s to watch the games and the food was fresh and hot. Large food menu with great selections. Good happy hour offeringsalso. I will say there is a uniformed cop that arrives at 6 PM everyday for security reasons at this location. I was there on aMonday evening and there where no issues. Would go back again!
