I have visited multiple BJs locations and this one was quite disappointing. The wait staff appeared confused, disorganized, and slow during our visit. Although they were friendly and polite, it was evident that additional training is needed before I would consider returning. In terms of the food, it was average but upon closer inspection, there were several shortcomings. The mac and cheese balls were cold in the middle, my friend asked for a dry rub on her wings but they were served with a wet sauce instead, and the craft sodas were warm and served in pint glasses rather than the usual frosted mugs. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years because of its great food, excellent menu choices, and relaxing atmosphere. The table service is very good and I have never had a bad meal at either this location or the one in Tacoma Mall. Their pizza is particularly tasty. BJ's has one of the largest menu selections I have come across, besides maybe 13 Coins and Cheesecake Factory. It's a perfect spot for family gatherings or group outings.
Came here on a Friday for a work party. We were around 40 people. I ordered Sals chicken which was pretty tasty. And every one else thought the food was great. On the other hand they were very disorganized. They never new which side of the table had ordered what. And our waitress kept interrupting the speech our boss was giving with her loud screaming.
The bread on the sandwich was burnt, and only a small amount of au jus was given for it. There was no au jus provided for the $30 prime rib steak, although the steak itself was excellent. The restaurant was too expensive for the quality of food we received. My order was incorrect and my wife's chicken parmesan dish was lacking sauce and cheese. We were disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the price. We should have just ordered 5 pizookies instead.
The kids mini burgers were delicious and unexpectedly didnt taste any less like a full burger unlike some places that make the kids food simpler or cheaper or something. Everything was good though. The lemonade was Tart and definitely tasted like real lemons were involved.
