Bj's Brewhouse Tuttle Crossing

Cookie was so undercooked it was in a ball in the side of the dish and missing all the toppings ! Pretzel had the tiniest cup of cheese ever for the pretzel and was missing the honey Mustard. The lid was not on the cup all the way and the entire cup spilled over as soon as I opened the door and it barely touches the cup. Why would you put a cup right outside a door if there was a table right there

received completely wrong Flatbread. ordered Margareta, got one with tons of sausage potato skins were baked to almost burnt, cheese was hard and tasteless, yet tons of some sort of oil in bottom of container. did not include sour cream BJs has really gone downhill. disappointing

The pizza was all dough hardly any pepperoni cheese for the price it was a rip off!!! French fries were less then half full horrible service, I will not order from there again not worth it at all

Burgers were good but fries were very cold and greasy. No crispness at all. Also asked for utensils missing. Very disappointed.
