So I have to give this place double thumbs because during the time of the Covid restricted menus these guys do not dance on this melody. What I mean is good most restaurants reduce their menu that these guys do not do that they have the full on hitting you in the face with a ton of options for your food desire. If you have enough outdoor seating and indoor seating and as you can see, the bar is very impeccable. This place is directly from Tuttle Mall at 270 and Tuttle Crossing, making it incredibly easy to reach when you are in the northwest of Columbus/Dublin Ohio. Make yourself a favor and check this culinary jewel of joy and you will not be disappointed
I have to rave over the service here! We're new to Ohio and have met with friends for a dinner for a party when 8. The manager, Cole, is absolutely wonderful. It promotes a good working environment. His crew loves working with him. And our server for the evening! She was phenomenal!! Amy is the absolute best. She really connected to us. Came by and just slashed when she had a moment while we checked if we needed anything. 10/10 recommend this place. Your drinks are also amazing! We come back and ask for Amy and try their other house drinks. It is also very child-friendly, and the food is delicious! I want to make this one of our regular places.
Today's service was wonderful! We sat at the bar and our bar tender cough! Even because he was as muddled as he was, he was as professional and friendly. He also made the most amazing Margarita flight. I strongly recommend it! My favorite was the lemon berry margarita. While I know there's a lack of personnel and this guy must have been exhausted, he didn't stop, and really is a definition of what a professional looks like in the restaurant business. It also helps that BJ's food is amazing. I encourage you to try your chocolate chip cookie and vanilla ice cream cream cookies.
The cookie was so undercooked that it was just a ball sitting on the side of the dish, and it didn't have any toppings! The pretzel came with the smallest cup of cheese I've ever seen, and it was missing the honey mustard. To make matters worse, the lid wasn't secured properly, so when I opened the door, the entire cup spilled everywhere, even though it barely touched the door. I can't understand why they would place a cup right outside the door when there's a table so close by.

received completely wrong Flatbread. ordered Margareta, got one with tons of sausage potato skins were baked to almost burnt, cheese was hard and tasteless, yet tons of some sort of oil in bottom of container. did not include sour cream BJs has really gone downhill. disappointing
The pizza was mostly dough with very little pepperoni and cheese. For the price, it felt like a complete rip-off! The French fries were barely half full, and the service was terrible. I won't be ordering from there again; it just isn't worth it.
Sat down immediately on a Friday. Quick service, all employees wearing masks. Had a Tito lemonade which was good. Had the salmon power bowl. Salmon had a nice crispy texture. Everything in the bowl went together well and had good flavour.
The burgers were tasty, but the fries were served cold and greasy—lacking any crispness. Additionally, I requested utensils but they were missing as well. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Beautiful chic spacious restaurant. Good American food. Nice and friendly service. Your vanilla bean ice is from this world.
