Buttery brioche sandwiches beautifully marrying the flavours of the salty jamon, nutty manchego and truffle.  2. I wish I could give stars, but I can't. There's something special going on at Blanca, you can feel it when you walk in and see the quietly dedicated kitchen staff focused intently on their work. The oysters and scallop sashimi were our starters, and both were fresh and full of flavour. The ox tail dumplings are an absolute winner, full of tender shredded meat in a delicious sauce, and you'll probably find yourself ordering a second round of these little beauties. The black bun with crispy soft shell crab and XO mayo is also another for the highlight reel. While the portions could be larger, the talent in the kitchen is easily discernible and makes up for the smaller sizes. Perhaps go the tas...

Fresh modern jap food. Small plates. Lots of choices. Kid friendly. Considerinf its in bondi. Parking was easy as theres a wilson parking on site. But comes at $7per hour. We enjoyed all the dishes except desert which was too sweet for an jap inspired desert and had too many flavors going on that didnt really go well together. Best dishes was the kingfish carparcio and oysters. Black bun with crab was nice too. Réservez une table maintenant

Came in to get the ten tasting degustation for lunch with family. 2 in our party don't eat beef and Kaisa was real great in helping us change it to another dish instead. The courses were flavourful and the place has a nice ambience and atmosphere. The staffs were friendly and attentive. My family and I left feeling full and satisfied!

A nice small restaurant near Bondi Beach. I tried the set meal with eight tastings. Overall, it was a pleasant combination of dishes that had nice contrast. The standouts were the raw beef and sesame leaf as well as the Blanca black bun. Service was quick and helpful. Although, there was quite a bit of a wait between some dishes.

where do I start with blanca? the atmosphere, service and eating get big ticks from me. east meets west never seen or should I say so well tasted. Finnish chef tomi bjorck and local chef sam cole pull together a menu that is exciting, creatiw and daring delicious!

Went in with no expectations and left incredibly happy. We had the 8 course degustation. Delicious food, very friendly and efficient staff. Each course was a pleasant tasty surprise. Will definitely return and have already referred friends. Réservez une table maintenant

What's not to love? Great food, great drinks, fantastic staff! You have to try the Blanca black bun, Oxtail dumpling, Fremantle Octopus and Wagyu Beef. All sensational. Will be coming back soon!
