Buttery brioche sandwiches beautifully marrying the flavours of the salty jamon, nutty manchego and truffle. 2. Soft pillowy black buns with crispy succulent soft shell crab, xo mayo and pickled sharp vegetables. 3. Decadent beef cheeks tenderly slow-cooked with intense sherry jus. 4. A nice small restaurant near Bondi Beach. I tried the set meal with eight tastings. Overall, it was a pleasant combination of dishes that had nice contrast. The standouts were the raw beef and sesame leaf as well as the Blanca black bun. Service was quick and helpful. Although, there was quite a bit of a wait between some dishes.
