This place is a insult to hospitality and service: my friends we went with booked the place in the morning of that day while we were driving from France to Switzerland. The manager on the phone said we should not come early because they were having a group before and mentioned 8:30pm (although we could have come there at 7pm but oh well.. . We arrived there at 8:20pm and were told that the only thing we could get would be pizza, although we were planning to get a nice fondue or raclette. We said to this manager we were unhappy about this and they couldn’t even propose pasta or any of the meat dishes on the menu (like steaks . She claimed she told us to come at 8’which was a lie. Was für ein toller Abend hatten wir letzte Nacht! Der Risotto aux bolets war ein Traum. Die Pizzen sind authentisch und frisch. Eine gute Auswahl an Weinen Italienisch und Schweizer. Und ein selektives Menü, das jeden Geschmack anspricht. Alles serviert mit einem warmen Lächeln und viel Liebe zum Detail. amazing place in crans. a must go to eat when they look for a nice place for an evening meal. cozy wooden place, a few tables (better to book in advance and a very wide menu of true Italians, roberto e madelina. pizza, pasta, pesce are perfect. and their fondue is famous in crans for their unique taste. you will not be deceived. try it! especially if they are looking for a little less posh than any other classic place in crans :

Fantastisches kleines lokales Restaurant, das uns nach einem schönen Abendessen positiv überrascht hat. Tolle Pizza und lokale Rotweine serviert mit der fantastischsten Aussicht. Auf den ersten Blick sieht das Restaurant nicht besonders aus, aber sobald sich das Abendessen öffnet, kann man ewig dort sitzen. Auch super Personal und Service. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wirklich enttäuscht von dem Ort. Ich habe bereits von Freunden gehört, dass der Besitzer nicht wirklich freundlich war. Ich habe die Bestätigung selbst erhalten und das Essen ist bei einigen Gerichten von wirklich schlechter Qualität.
