The biggest problem I have with trying to lose weight is finding the time to shop and cook healthy meals. I saw Blooming Flavors on Facebook and wasn't sure if I should try it. I am so happy that I did. Their food is absolutely delicious. I lost 4 pounds in the first week doing their Slim Plan. It is so convenient for me and I bring my lunch and snacks to work and I don't need to eat out and spend money, especially in the city. I'm on my second week of meals and couldn't be happier.
Today was my first day of the vegan meal plan. I wanted to change my plant-based diet, but I knew I had to be able to grab and go to work it. I have tried many different meals delivery services, this far exceeds them ALL! Well, after eating these meals today it is like a very simple transition. Everything was fantastic, so delicious and a great variety. I can't wait to see what's in the camp for the rest of the week! So fresh, and great ingredients!

Best subscription meal plan I've ever had! Blooming Flavors offers a variety of vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free dishes which is super important nowadays. I was amazed by the freshness of the meals and I lost 5 pounds in 7days. Obviously I'm continuing with my slim plan since I want to get fit for the summer time.
