Restaurant background: local independent Chinese restaurant specified noodle cuisine.Signature item: beef soup noodles.Guests can challenge hell spicy.Average bill per person is $15 to $25, not including tips.I ordered beef soup noodles with beef tripe, tender and shank. Frankly speaking, I was very disappointed about the beef soup noodle. The soup was plain and very off. Although the signature item is beef soup noodles, it is just like an average beef soup noodles you can have in most mediocre Chinese restaurants.The portion of side dishes is not good enough and not worth to order in my opinion.The restaurant has very weird décor. The dining area is not well maintained and clean.
I love their beef noodle soup! The broth is so rich and flavorful! And the beef is super soft and tender! I love spicy and their BDK Hell Beef Noodle spice level ranges from 1-4. Each level is an additional $2. I got level 1 to start and it has a nice kick. I think I'll probably try 2 or 3 next time. We also got the chicken nuggets which is basically popcorn chicken. It was good but it was missing some basil. We tried the stew bean curd and beef but we were not a fan. It was extremely salty and quite pricey.
Nestled on the northwest corner of Grand Diamond Bar, BDK Noodle comes highly recommended by my mother, who described their flavors as reminiscent of authentic Taiwanese cuisine. I couldn't resist trying the beef soup, and it was just as delicious as I had anticipated! Additionally, the cold platter of beef, pork, and tofu was fantastic. The little pancake was decent, but I found the overall meal to be quite fried, perhaps more so than what I've had in the past. I will definitely be returning!
Wholeheartedly wanted to support a local restaurant. Attempted to place an order and 4 out of the 5 dishes ordered were not available including ... wait for it, wait for it ... WHITE RICE. Only item available was the Popcorn Chicken to the Popcorn Chicken Rice. I get that these are challenging times right now, but if you're really a legit Taiwanese restaurant, how could you be out of rice?!! I'm Taiwanese and I feel insulted by that. 裝痟的! By far one of my favorite beef noodle spots!!! My friend showed me this little mom and pop shop and I absolutely loved it. The food comes in a big portion and is very filling. The meat is super soft the broth has SO MUCH FLAVOR! You are able to choose your type of noodles heat level. The picture I posted is what the soup normally comes with, but if you want extra bok choy or meat it will cost you extra. I would definitely recommend this place!!
Although eating that they serve is very good, I was not particularly satisfied with my server, which did not seem to be an eye on everything I asked him that is not based on eating during my order. he seemed like he was in a hurry or just didn't care for what I had to say. now, eating is very sharp and can give some people darm problems if they are not ready, but it is still good to taste, I think.
The soup flavor are balanced, only downfall will be if you order any the spicy options it destroyed the already balanced soup. The meat need to adjust the temperature a bit, but I did came in doing rush hours so can't ask much, over all I like this place
I come here solely for the beef soup and handmade noodles; they are unbeatable. I absolutely love it, and the experience is unforgettable thanks to the fantastic side dishes and other menu options.

The food was excellent, and the waitress was extremely courteous. I highly recommend this place. Just a warning: if you order the extra hot option, be prepared for it to be quite spicy!
