I reserved a table using your website, when we arrived there was no sign of any booking. The waiter was very slow at taking orders and we kept getting wrong food orders being sent to our table I ordered a Mokito which I asked for without ginger beeer, anyway the waiter turns up with a cocktail which contains alcohol and as a Muslim alcohol is forbidden in my religion and on top of that Iâm pregnant. I had one sip and the waiter realised it was the wrong drink and quickly took it back and changed it. There was a some sort of party going on and they put us two tables away and It was just to loud. Ordered starters which tasted like microwave food, and then the mains took over an hour to come....

I had ordered a Mojito without ginger beer, but was served a cocktail with alcohol, which goes against my Islamic beliefs and the fact that I am pregnant. After one sip, the mistake was realized and the drink was quickly replaced. We were seated near a noisy party and the starters tasted like microwaved food. The mains took over an hour to arrive. Overall, the service was very poor.
Noisy restaurant, with poor value meals. We went for my mother's birthday, but the good was lacklustre. My chicken dish appeared to be confused combination between dry chicken and a very buttery sauce. I'm sure there are better restaurants at a similar price range.
Whereas the food was enjoyed by all and the portions impressive, the venue was not what I was expecting and was more diner than restaurant. Service was good. I would have liked more engaging staff able to offer recommendations to new customers.

I love blue zenzer love the food options and quality. Service wasnât so great this time...a smile wouldnât hurt and thereâs no one around when you need them but I keep going back because I like the food ambiance and kids menu is great
Service was poor right from the beginning. Zero customer service. Pizza was one of the blandest, tasteless Iâve ever had. Pasta was ok. Starter was tasty.
Great comfort food. Generous portion sizes. Would recommend both paneer and pesto starters. Wholemeal penne with chicken and vegetables is a great main.
Second time at the place. Food was delicious and the service friendly. Would recommend and go again.
