We came here in April 2022 while travelling back home from our holiday. We had to book a table, which we don 't like and were already getting annoyed about, because we had quite some stress to make it there on time in the end, but it was soo worth it! We were there on a Thursday when they offer a small menu still had several options to chose from. I had a Schnitzel with roast potatoes, and I was a bit disappointed that it wasn 't fries because I don 't have those often and thought roast potatoes sound boring, but these were so good! The Schnitzel as well, it was homemade. We also had a bowl which was perfect with a yummy peanut dressing. And we had a Tonkapudding cake which was just lovely....
Wir waren letzte Woche in der Blume in Wollbach vegan essen. Wir hatten uns auf dieses einzige ausschließlich vegane Restaurant in der Regio gefreut. Das Lokal ist schön, der Gastgeber freundlich. Essen bekam man nur an einem kleinen Büffet: als Vorspeise Rohkost und grüner Salat mit zwei Dressings, als Hauptspeise eine Suppe, vegane Minifrikadellen mit roten Beeten, Gemüsecurry, einer braunen Soße mit Erbsenproteinen und Pilzen, Reis und Nudeln. Alles fade, eintönig, kaum gewürzt, der Vielfalt der veganen Küche nicht gerecht. Nachspeise kam auf Nachfrage, eine mehlige Mandelcreme ohne Geschmack aber gegen Aufpreis. Gekostet hat der Spaß fast 200€ für 4 Personen. Überall hängen Schilder über...
We had a lovely evening with a four course meal. The starter was either a delicious soup or a salad. Then we had noodles in a creamy sauce with vegan cheese. The main course was with a fine sauce, buttered potatoes and vegetables. The desert was absolutely devine as well. My only regret is not coming here sooner!
I think it's so great that this restaurant exists. Otherwise, there's something like that in big cities, so I'm really glad there's something near me now. And then even pure vegan. Just pointed. I think even people who don't want to know about vegan food would find something here.

Food is tip us the owners are mega nice and helpful. For every vegan in the area a must! Once a month there is a 4 course menu suitable as a country trip.
