My first time here. Went with trepidation. It's 11:45 on a Saturday and it's a 15 minute wait . By the time we're being seated it's up to 30 minutes. We get seated and a waitress comes right over. Coffee for everyone There are empty tables around us and we realize they're short staffed. I guess they can't find help but that didn't effect us thankfully We all order the Farmer's Choice. First visit Saturday Morning. 8:35 I was seated immediately by a very pleasant young man with an accent. I ordered coffee to my disappointment one of the creamers in the bowl had old food stuck on the side strike one. I asked the young man to please remove it he did immediately and apologizedThe waitress was a bubbly older lady my food came out every fast and was hot 2 eggs bacon home fries and hot cakes. I want this place 17. september 2022 with my daughter there was a baby-roach in our eating I called customer service and firm office the dame was very rude her name is woman mary she would not let me speak she was very aggressive and very rude and had no compassion or understanding what my child was through after I had eaten baby-roaches I would never have made in my life ever foot in bob.
the service is just as important as the food quality and I just had a great lunch late afternoon with my wife here. service was efficient and the food was delicious. fast refilling of beverages and meals were quickly released. Now I bet Sunday brunch is awfully full, but for those of us who can go during the week during the day, the experience was great.

Hubby and I took our 2 year old granddaughter out for breakfast. She had the little piggy breakfast. She wanted ketchup on her hotcakes and she ate them. Hubby had a big breakfast so he could have some the next day. I had grits (which were gritty unlike the first time I ordered it). But the whole experience was warm and our waitresses was very efficient.
My husband and I had the best customer service experience at this restaurant. Angela greeted us at the hostess stand and she continued managing the floor effortlessly. We even witnessed her training who we believe to be a new waitress with such patience. Great vibe overall at this establishment. Oh and the food was good, can't forget that??.
that was a fantastic place to the breakfast! we had a group, and the waitress made a great work to make sure we had everything we needed. amazing service and amazing eating. I had bananennusspfannkuchen with speck and fryed (basically fried potato cubes) with rührei and swallowed.
The Homestead farmer breakfast was practically inedible. The eggs tasted old or spoiled. Everything else was cold and the orange juice was like orange water. I couldnt even drink it. My daughter said the burger was good and the bacon was good.

Great value on classic American homestyle dishes. Breakfast choices are the primary menu but they also have delicious classic turkey and mashed potatoes servings that are popular. It is a little slow due to limited staff.
Great service..I went in the morning for breakfast and the customer service on the day shift was amazing!!!! Food was decent. Nothing to complain about this go round!
