I ordered for delivery. The items in the Styrofoam containers were still warm but the items in the plastic containers were cold. I put them in the microwave and they were fine. I would love to see improvement with delivery to keep everything warm. Sytofoam might be a good option for all hot items. The food tasted as expected for Bob Evans. The grilled chicken is always my favorite but it was cold to the tough which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. It arrived within 15 minutes from when they finished making it. My dasher was there before it was finished.
This was my first time getting to eat at a Bob Evans restaurant. The waitress was incredibly hospitable, and the breakfast was outstanding! They have great gifts,too. Their t-shirts are only $10, and they had SO many different things at reasonable prices! If I ever go up to Ohio again, I will drop in for SURE!
Had never been before so was nice when my friend Kelly took me for breakfast. I had the Chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns and toast, along with oj. Was very good was happy with the amount and service. And the place was very nice. Would definitely recommend.
The food was okay, but it arrived cold, which was to be expected given the distance it had to travel. The Sweet Cream Cold Brew Coffee was enjoyable. The eggs were cooked to over medium at best, but that was acceptable.

I had a sweet ice coffee, my hubby had coffee. We ordered one breakfast. The server was friendly and helpful. It was hot and fresh. It didn't sit in window. We will be going back. Thanks
This is the worst meal I have ever had at Bob Evans. I believe the sirloin steak was actually chopped steak. The hash browns were burnt, the eggs were rubbery, and the shrimp was cold.
We had a great experience. The food was hot and tasty and our server was awesome. Our drinks were refilled promptly and we were treated as though we were valued. Great job!
We were given just one small piece of turkey and the carrots were messy. We had alot of dressing and gravy but it seemed as if it were just slammed together.

The food was good. The order was correct and fast. The service was good. The server, host and manager were friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable.
The overall experience was enjoyable! The only negative was that I didn't receive the beef gravy for my pot roast sandwich.
