Yesterday at eleven I ordered an XL Thai tea at the restaurant. The tea tasted great as usual, but I noticed some dark particles at the bottom of the drink towards the end. I'm not sure what it was, but it looked like dirt. I believe most people would agree with me, as Thai tea typically doesn't contain small dark particles like that based on my experience as a Boba Tea enthusiast. This is not a good look for Bubble Tea Square, which is supposed to prioritize cleanliness in their establishment and the food/drinks they serve, as all restaurants should.
I was in the area and decided to give this place a try. I ordered my usual Thai tea with crystal boba extra ice. Unfortunately, they made my drink incorrectly with regular boba. I informed them of the mistake and they promptly replaced my drink with the correct ingredients. They also refunded me the extra charge for the crystal boba from my initial order, which I greatly appreciated. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be back.
Quality service and quality drinks and food. I’d have to say the quality of some tapioca boba is not very good; but this place it was very evident that they make their products fresh. I definitely stabbed through my cup and the cashier was super nice to me and remade my drink with a smile.Also they have super cute and variously themed art and vintage items, lights, etc. that definitely make it fun to go and take photos at.10/10 recommend
I was in the area so decided to come here Amd trying to get this place out. I have my usual Thai tea with crystal Boba extra ice cream. They got my order sadly wrong because they regular boba, I told him about it and they kindly replaced my drink while they also the additional money for the boba that was charged to the first order so that I appreciated it very much! I'll be back if I'm in the area.

Quick and easy pickup, it looks as though the inside is open for people to use for studying, the taro was great can't wait to come here again.
The boba here was really tasty. I haven't been inside yet but a friend brought me a drink and I loved it
This late-night boba spot is fantastic! The drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is so inviting!
