Do not go, I do not recommend. I visited with my 2-year-old for the softplay and food. I paid £3 to enter and immediately felt overwhelmed by the amount of screaming from many children crammed into a small space. Other parents were not watching their own children, which led to my son being headbutted so hard that he immediately bruised because boys were running up the slide as he was coming down. Despite this incident, the boys' parents were nowhere to be found and the boys continued to climb the slide. When I asked for an ice pack for my son, I was given a cloth with ice chunks inside, which only made him cry more. Staff did not take responsibility for supervising the play area beyond stand...
After they asked for feedback on Facebook, I left an honest view about the major issues with Fuzzy Eds and it was deleted. Really poor show. We've always found the staff great the food okay it's basic pub food and you get what you pay for. Fuzzy Eds is a different issue it's filthy. We've now stopped going because it was so dirty we were uncomfortable letting our kid in it. Congealed dirt, grime and food waste between all the mats and around the play items. Discarded food in the play area, wrappers just laying in the ball pit etc. It's absolutely freezing usually isn't set up properly for the 11am session as we noted in our Facebook comment, we've literally watched staff cry and have meltdow...
I visited the attached soft play on Saturday with my two grandsons on Saturday. We had pre-booked the eleven to one session. We were told that although there was a birthday party booked too. It was a small affair and we would also be welcome. We we arrived we were told that we could not enter because of the party. This is not the first or even the second time this has happened. On previous occasions I have suggested taking a contact number or email address with the booking in order to stop this occuring. This time they had a contact number which they didn't use. This is not acceptable to the kids who are let down or the adults who may have travelled a distance to be there. I look forward to...
The food at this restaurant is amazing. However, I had a negative experience when a manager or supervisor named Karen shouted at the two women working behind the bar for being there. Karen seemed unaware that the staff were busy serving customers and taking orders. She made two coffees, requested more coffee beans, and then left with her drinks without offering to help during the busy period. I am grateful that I do not have to work with someone like her.

Service and food delivery very slow! Tinned mushrooms, what is that all about? Which has no place on a mixed grill! Child portion of macaroni and cheese served to an adult, only half the bowl was filled. Pita bread that was so hard you could break your teeth! Or use it to make and emergency exit via window! Really need to lift the standards in the restaurant! Portion control is ridiculously small for one of the cheapest things pasta! Must do MUCH better!!
Visited today, my daughter played in the Soft Play we ate here also. Served by Cody Vanessa. It was very busy but they were very professional, attentive friendly the whole time. They did an excellent job. I'd definitely go back for the soft play also due to the wonderful service provided by Cody Vanessa.
Tonight was my first time visiting and i will defo be back. from the drink service to getting my food quick and the sizzling skillets are what they say couldnt be anymore happy to the point ive booked for over the weekend again!!
Enjoyable meal with family and our old Rhodesian friends who are over from Australia. Service very good, food excellent and prices Very reasonable. A thoroughly gret experience.

I went to this restaurant for the first time and I will definitely return. The food selection was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. Everything was cooked perfectly.
Great day out for father's Day. Food was lovely and the waitress was very friendly. Plenty of parking and a huge soft play area for the kids
