I’ve been here before so thought I would bring some friends back for the experience. Bad idea. We were sat and waiting over 15 minutes for our beverages (sparkling waters) and over 1 hr and 20 minutes for our food. During our wait, we were disturbed by a rude, neighboring table who felt this was the proper establishment to blast trap music on their cell phone. We graciously asked them if we could enjoy our $700 dinner without having to listen to their music. They politely apologized, turned off their phone and continued with their meals in peace. My recent visit to Bob's Steak Chop House was outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, and the service was attentive.
