it is recognized as one of the best restaurant on sylt, so that staying in farmhouse knitter (where this restaurant lies) we decided to have an dinner there. the booking is not easy – even if they try it some days before, outside the. high season, they wait until the last moment with the confirmation. we checked the card the day before, but it was surprised that they only offered the devastation menu. but we were told that we could choose one or two dishes from it. traveling to the North Sea resort we had hoped to have a selection of crumbs, garnels, maybe fish soup. but there was only one court with sole fish that we chose. they brought us small appetizers, teller and knife for brot, but no...

After something has gone wrong in our reservation, the management has done everything to make the mistake again. Errors happen, but so warm and at the same time so professional after our experience nobody has dealt with it. We were very generously compensated for the mistake. we went to the country house sticker to taste holger bodendorf's cooking art and it was a real piece of art. the weeping list was huge, but we could find affordable bottles of wine. perfect evening and up to a new visit!

the portions could be sized, the prices cheaper and above all the ambience rustic! Why are there no sausages with sour wort or sausage?!!! I also miss the regular table! A good pig roast could also stand on the map!
