I really enjoy the atmosphere at Bodhis. It's a fantastic spot to unwind by the water and enjoy a drink. I appreciate the local music they feature as well. While they don't offer food options for those with celiac disease, you're welcome to bring your own food and head to the beach to eat, just not on their deck. They have some fun Adirondack chairs and swings to relax in as well.
The food was about what you would expect from a beach bar—nothing extraordinary, but decent enough. If you're after a laid-back meal with fantastic ocean views, it's a good choice! Just keep in mind that it tends to get busy on weekends and holidays, so plan accordingly. We also had to pay for parking. Overall, it offers a nice summer atmosphere.
The food and drinks were delicious and served quickly. The band was great too! However, there were issues with the green biting flies. It made it difficult to enjoy my time at the bar or on the beach, even though the bar provided bug spray. It just wasn’t enough to keep the flies away.
