Thanks to Serena, our service was outstanding! The food was also great, and the special drink of the night was a unique Caesar with an oyster as a garnish. I really enjoyed it and found it to be a nice change from the usual. I just wish they would offer a Vesper martini!

The restaurant at the Otel Gouverneur is beautifully designed, featuring an open kitchen. They offer USDA American beef that is dry-aged in-house for 45 days. Overall, it’s a classic steakhouse with a touch of French flair.

Ordered the rib steak (52$ medium, came rare and a bad cut of meat. Veggies and side were great. Expected more from the steak, especially at that price point.
