My husband and I were at the Bobovore on a Thursday night with a group of 17. By far, this restaurant and its staff (merci encore Paul!) delivered one of the best dining experiences for us in many years of fine dining throughout Canada. Service was impeccable, personal and attentive. The food was amazing- we experienced our best steaks ever, and the table d'hote menu offered was superb. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a memorable dining experience when in the area. Thanks again to the team for a wonderful evening!
We had some fantastic dishes at this restaurant: the chef's inspired terrine was delightful, the rack of lamb was exceptional, the venison was equally delicious, and the creme brulee and molten chocolate dessert were outstanding. Additionally, the wine selection was top-notch and reasonably priced. For example, a bottle of Chateauneuf-du-Pape for $65C was a great deal. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Chicoutimi that you must not miss.
