First these are the size of the chicken tenders. I ordered a 5 pc and there are 6 tiny nuggets in the box Second, I ordered 2 meals and was handed the two boxes without a bag. I asked for a bag and held the boxes out for them to out them in for me. The lady handed me a bag and said ?here you go? and them walked away. The lady behind her handed me my drinks and said not a single word. ?Here you go? was all either of them said. Not a single thank you or come again was heard. There would only be 1 Star except the lady taking money seemed much nicer.
I ordered a curbside pick up and it was suppose to take 4 minutes. I checked in when I got there. After 30 mins I try to go inside and they have all the doors locked. Finally someone wiping tables opened the door. They tell me they are only letting in DoorDash. I explained I had a curbside order. They didn’t even have the food fixed or ready. The drive Through is so slow so I thought this was a better alternative, however it wasn’t. Also to add my order was only two bacon egg and cheese biscuits.
These Bojangles know how to do it!! Your frits are always on the point and I can't say that over other bojangles others over cook them all the time, but not here! All foods here is always hot and fresh and their customer service is also amazing every time super friendly. This is definitely my way to bojangles and the other bojangles should try to be more like this.
I hate it because the General Manager is friendly and helpful, but even if I told him that his staff does not have to cuddle over the ride through microphone. They came and started screaming about him. I still have to find a Bojangles that I would consider high quality in terms of staff, but that was the most classless institution I have ever seen

Stood at counter for ten minutes.. All employees knew me and another customer were there..i finally ask are y'all open..she didn't know what to say at first but then said no and walked off. So it takes 8 employees to work the drive thru? Just to find out it was open.. Never again at that Bojangels
Just to use the bathroom and get a tea. The bathroom first used, someone puked in the floor and I entered in it. I'm old the lady who took my order and then went on to ignore me like me? They also had no sweet tea in the dining room, go figure. Dirty restaurant with rude customer service.
I was on the line today and there was a Hispanic lady before and she didn't speak English, she asked for someone who can speak Spanish and the lady who worked there was bilingual and she didn't want to help her. It's so sad that there are such people. Be nice?
Best fast food breakfast hands down! Best chicken in town next to hathaways. It's always packed because of this reason. My life wouldn't be the same without the Bo!!

Two takeout lines wrapped around building I did not see a speaker to order in my outside line so when I finally go around to exit I just left.
Last visit food was a little bit off. Normally it's a lot better. It was still good. Just not as good as usual.
